Our Position

Why responsible play matters

At Kolaybet, you're welcomed as a valued person — not just a player. We believe online gaming can be a great source of entertainment when enjoyed responsibly. But when it starts to get out of hand, the consequences can be serious.

In Bangladesh, open conversation about online gaming addiction is still not widely normalised. Many people recognise a problem but feel too embarrassed to seek help. Kolaybet wants to break down that barrier — talk to us directly in Bangla, free from judgment, with only support on offer.

Awareness is at the heart of responsible gaming. Asking yourself how much time and money you're spending — and whether it's affecting other areas of your life — is where responsible gaming begins. The key is being honest with yourself.

Kolaybet offers several tools you can use on your own terms — set deposit limits, temporarily suspend your account, or take a full break. Using these tools isn't a sign of weakness — it's smart gaming.

Keep in mind — in gaming, you can win or lose. Chasing losses by placing more bets to recover money is extremely dangerous. Breaking out of that mindset is what matters most. Kolaybet is always here to help you stay aware and to support you when you need it.

If your family or someone close to you feels your gaming habits are becoming a concern, take it seriously. Kolaybet's responsible gaming page is here to support you in exactly those moments.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to Common Questions About Gaming & Account Verification

Kolaybet offers a huge selection of slot games, available in three main types. Classic slots are the simplest — three reels and limited paylines, much like the old-school fruit machines. Video slots are currently the most popular — five or more reels, multiple paylines, bonus rounds, and free spin features. The third type is progressive jackpot slots, where a portion of every bet contributes to a growing prize pool that one lucky player can win in full. There are also Megaways slots, which offer thousands of possible winning combinations. To play slots on Kolaybet, go to the Games section and use the filters to select your preferred type. Every game has a free demo mode so you can try it out before wagering any real money.

Completing KYC verification at Kolaybet generally requires two types of documents. For proof of identity, clear photos of both the front and back of your National ID (NID) are preferred. If you don't have an NID, the photo page of a valid passport or a driving licence is also accepted. Proof of address is not mandatory in all cases — your identity document is usually sufficient. For large withdrawals, the last three months of mobile banking statements may be requested. To submit your KYC, log in to your account, go to the Verification section, and upload photos of your documents. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, you will be notified by email and your withdrawal limit will be increased.
